To access the Service, you must purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use the Service on the number of devices specified in your subscription plan only.

All subscriptions are prepaid and non-recurring unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• All fees are charged in USD and are non-refundable except as expressly described in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
• Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of your account.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA, however we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 4kVibeTV and its licensors. Content delivered through the Service remains the property of the respective content owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4kVibeTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription time upon termination due to Terms violation.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
